Login problems

Read the following before contacting us, it may help you access to your account quicker.

We have recently changed the way our website looks (Tuesday 10th July 2007). If you signed up for an account under the old website then you are considered a classic account holder. If you signed up for an account with this (new) website then you are considered as having an upgraded account.

Classic Account holders

  • Have you forgotten your username and would like to reset it?
  • Have you forgotten your password and would like to reset it?

Upgraded account holders

  • Your user name is your email address.
  • Is there a possibility that you have just incorrectly entered your email address on sign in, please make sure and try again.
  • Is there a possibility that you incorrectly entered your email address when you signed up? You will know this to be true if you did not receive a 'welcome' email from us. If this is true you will need to contact us and we will reset your email address.

Or are you having difficulties because of a problem with your password?

Remember:

  • Your password must contain at least six (6) alpha numeric characters.
  • Your password is case sensitive. Please make sure you have properly included any capital letters.
  • Have you forgotten your password and would like us to reset it?
